Just a heads-up to anyone buying one: the local law notes could be a lot clearer, so don’t just assume you’re good to ride everywhere. Definitely check your city or state rules before taking it out.

I had an issue with my bike and reached out to support. They did help me get the part I needed and the repair was eventually taken care of, so I appreciate that. But the back-and-forth took a few days and some of the communication was unclear, which got annoying. Overall it worked out, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

The seat is okay overall, but I definitely feel the bumps more than I expected. Compared to other seats I’ve used, this one feels a bit harsher on rough roads, so it’s not the most comfortable for longer rides.
